What we are looking for 

You like connecting with people, your love sales, you are relentless.

You have a genuine desire to help others. By looking at a LinkedIn profile, you are able to empathise with your contact’s pains and needs.

Your goal is to raise awareness about Agilytic in Belgium and close neighbouring regions (North/East of France, Luxemburg…). You will work closely with Agilytic management to focus on specific industries.

The Sales Development Intern works with account executives to identify opportunities within named prospects and works within a tightly defined sales process to ensure a consistent and unified approach to offering Agilytic services. This is a high-volume telephone and email contact environment that requires strong organisational capabilities, attention to detail, initiative, and a desire to work as part of a team.

Your mission is thus to:

  • Develop an understanding of our clients’ business issues and how to articulate Agilytic’s value proposition accordingly

  • Prospect potential clients, mostly C-level executives

  • Perform both cold and warm outreach to potential clients

  • Receive mentorship from the Agilytic management team

  • Contribute to the sales enablement efforts of the team (improving tools and content that works best)

  • Manage setting up of commercial meetings

Requirements

  • Proven ability to initiate, establish, and nurture meaningful business relationships remotely via email and over the phone.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, in English + French and/or Dutch

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • A strong affinity with new technologies in general, and data in particular

  • A bachelor’s degree

  • A consistent record of surpassing personal and organisational goals; naturally able to structure your time for maximal efficiency

  • A relentless drive to succeed

  • Legal right to work in the EU.

  • Prior experience in B2B sales is a plus

  • You are welcome to experience life at Agilytic and join us in our La Hulpe offices. We think you will like it here.
    There are regular shuttles from the La Hulpe train station, and we have some spaces available should you choose to bike or drive to work.

  • We are a registered business in Belgium and can provide you an official attestation for your internship.

  • We will reimburse you a daily stipend to cover travel and food expenses while you are with us. Please keep in mind this is not a paid internship; no extra travel or accommodation expenses can be covered at this stage.

Selection Process
